REsimpli review: who it fits
REsimpli fits a solo wholesaler or small team who wants seller CRM, a three-line dialer, texting, list stacking and cash buyer search in one login, starting at $249 a month for one user billed yearly (checked October 20, 2026). It's more than a beginner on a tight budget needs, and some usage like AI calling is billed on top, so price the whole month before you sign.
REsimpli is one of the most-recommended CRMs for real estate wholesalers. It's also one of the pricier ones for a single user. Here's what you get, what it costs, and who it fits.
What it costs
| Plan | Users | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Solo | 1 | $249 a month billed yearly; $299 billed monthly (October 14) |
| Team | 5 | $699 a month billed yearly; $899 billed monthly (October 14) |

The page says every plan includes every feature; plans differ only by team size. AI calling is billed per use, and add-ons are priced separately, so ask for your all-in month.
What you get
- Seller CRM with pipelines and follow-up tasks.
- A three-line dialer, with calls logged to the seller record.
- Texting and email, listed as unlimited.
- List stacking, to find owners on more than one list.
- Cash buyer search and e-signatures.
Who it fits
- A solo wholesaler who cold calls and wants the dialer, texts and CRM in one place.
- A small team with a caller or two and an acquisitions person.
- Anyone tired of paying for and connecting four separate tools.
Who it doesn't
- A beginner on a tight budget. $249 a month before any leads is a lot before your first deal. A cheaper CRM, like REI BlackBook from $149 or CarrotCRM's free plan, may be enough at first.
- An investor who doesn't call. If sellers come from mail and answer your number, you're paying for a dialer you won't use.
- A team that wants to build its own system, which usually ends up on Podio. Podio for wholesaling.
A CRM only follows up on the leads you give it
REsimpli organizes sellers; it doesn't decide who they are. Feed it owners with a recent filing, which sold off-market at 12 to 13 of every 100 within a year in the county records, and it has something to work with. Work out your cost per deal with the CRM included.
