Why the questions first?
So Josh has your county and your numbers open before you talk, and so nobody books a call that can only end in “not yet”. If that’s your answer, you get it here and the free tools with it.
Will you promise me deals?
No. The honest window before a first deal on mail is 60 to 90 days, and plenty take longer. What you get is your county’s record and what your budget buys in it.
