What does the $298 cover?

What does mail cost?
70 cents a piece, printing and postage included. 65 cents is what printing and postage cost us, and 5 cents is our cut. We publish it.
Do I have to mail?
No. Mail is optional and you pick the number, including zero. You can call or knock the list instead.
How much should I mail?
Your floor depends on your county and your profit per deal. We work it out with you before you pay. Below your floor, work the list by phone first. We recommend; you decide.
Can I cancel?
Any month. No setup fee, no contract.
What if my county is already taken?
We cap how much we mail in each county so clients don’t compete. If yours is full, we tell you before you pay.
