Your Trained REI Sales VA

You are a real estate investor, and your main job is to make offers to motivated leads and get contracts signed. Yet, there are many other steps between generating leads and the actual closing. Virtual assistants are needed if you want to be a serious real estate investor.

Real Estate Investing virtual assistants are not regular VAs

Virtual assistants allow quick follow-up and triage of leads before sending them to your lead manager. The higher the volume of leads the more likely you are to need multiple virtual assistants. The problem is finding the right virtual assistant and employee management. Hiring can be a hit or miss, and it's a time consuming process which includes:

  • Having a clear idea of the type of person and skills needed
  • Describing and posting the job position where candidates can find it
  • Pre-screening real estate virtual assistants can be a long and arduous task
  • Narrowing the list and interviewing can be hard
  • You need to provide training to the virtual assistant
  • You need to provide CLEAR direction of the expectations and tasks
  • Manage your employees from performance to payroll

There are many virtual assistant providers, but a Real Estate Investing VA is not a regular virtual assistant. The reality is to be successful you need to continuously train your VAs and assess their performance in screening leads and initial follow-ups. Automation can only do so much, humans are still needed.

The REI experts at GoForClose have experienced all this. This is why GoForClose now provides Real Estate Investing VAs.

We say Done For You and mean it!

"When we say we do "done-for-you marketing" we mean "done-for-you". That means we take the hassle out of having to hire, train, manage, coach, pay, review, etc. Prior to us sourcing and providing our own VAs we actually thought we could reach a nice middle ground by hiring a VA company who specializes in hiring and managing. We went through a couple of the top notch companies, paying as much as $13/hr for these services but were consistently disappointed in the outcome.

While the VAs hired showed up to work every day and had great management, these VAs knew a little about a lot but what we really needed is VAs who knew a lot about one thing, having amazing conversations with homeowners.

We put in place strict hiring guidelines so that before we even have an interview, the VA would have to have a sales type personality. We are looking for one type of VAs and while our VAs might be horrible at excel or data entry, they are amazing at talking with homeowners." -- Josh Miller, CEO & Founder of GoForClose

Our VAs are Internal Sales Assistants (ISAs)

Our ISAs go through in-depth training of the marketing platform that they operate and have Real Estate Investing classes, to understand REI as well as the sellers and different kinds of motivations.

During the initial planning, we assess your specific requirements and demands in your market and train the Internal Sales Assistant to respond to meet your requirements, which can range from pre-qualification specifications to customer segments.

We hire, train, assess performance and manage all aspects of HR, so that you don't have to. Your ISA and Lead Manager should be handling 95% of the tasks, so you can spend your time doing what makes you the most money - talking with motivated sellers and negotiating deals.
